Gel for Erectile Dysfunction!

Eroxon, a newly FDA-approved topical gel for treating erectile dysfunction (ED), is now available over the counter. Unlike oral medications such as sildenafil (Viagra) or tadalafil (Cialis), which require about 30 minutes to take effect, Eroxon is applied directly to the head of the penis and starts working within 10 minutes.

The gel produces an initial cooling sensation followed by warmth, activating nerve endings and triggering nitric oxide release to enhance blood circulation. Clinical trials indicate that 65% of users achieved an erection within 10 minutes of application.

There are many possible side effects, however:

• prolonged erection of more than 4 hours, known as priapism
• dizziness
• genital itching
• rash
• urethral pain
• burning, pain, and tingling in the penis
• numbness in the penis
• inflammation of the head of the penis (balanitis)
